FAQ

Phase 1 launch policies

How are payments handled?

Winning bidders complete payment securely through the payment partner. Seller payouts are delayed until the verification window closes under platform policy.

Are funds held in escrow?

Not in the traditional legal sense. Seller payouts are delayed and controlled through the platform payment process until the transaction has been completed according to policy.

What happens after an auction ends?

If reserve is met, the winning bidder is charged, buyer and seller are connected, and shipping or handoff is arranged. If reserve is not met, the seller may choose to work with the highest bidder.

Can I cancel a bid?

No. All bids are binding. Buyers should review the listing carefully and ask questions before bidding.
